Peacock’s new Avant Series Black Hole · III Curved Guilloché Central Tourbillon turns the geometry of gravity into mechanical form.
At its centre sits Peacock’s self-developed free-sprung central tourbillon, surrounded by concentric titanium hour and minute discs that orbit the movement instead of using conventional hands.
The dial is defined by Peacock’s hand-crafted “Gravitational Weave” curved guilloché — 240 interlocking V-grooves, each engraved across a three-dimensional surface in six separate passes. In total: 1,440 individual cuts, all executed by hand.
Beneath it, the ultra-thin 3.5 mm PAX9611A movement integrates 196 components, four barrels in series and a 120-hour power reserve, while the lower bridge receives a further 400+ hand-guilloché cuts.
A flame-blued titanium inner ring, heated individually between 550–600°C, gives each watch its own blue-violet character.
